Lemon Trees

The Lemon Tree project sprung to life as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, which put a halt to all operations at the campground. This project is in its infancy with the plants being mere seedlings, but once the trees begin yielding fruit, there is a great opportunity for income, as lemons are a popular produce item at the local marketplace.

This project will eventually get us back on track to complete the Electrical Program, which will allow the camp to irrigate crops and provide power for the buildings and grounds that does not rely on noisy and expensive gas generators.

While waiting for the lemons to mature, the opportunity also exists to plant cash crops between the lemon trees that would see some more immediate returns for the camp.
